Conduct Customer Surveys
Don’t be afraid to conduct customer surveys. They may be your biggest selling point. A lot of companies are hesitant to conduct customer surveys because what if the customer is unhappy? If you don't ask, you won’t know there are any problems and won’t be able to fix them. A survey with one customer may give you ideas on how to improve your service for all of your customers. Use your surveys as an opportunity to get references to use when out on sales. It is always easier to have a happy customer sell for you!
